Lil’ Chicago This is an ongoing promotional project involving numerous mediums including; print work, PR, video, special events, outdoor signage and even a chapbook! The idea was originally created by Kirk Roos, even before the days of Comm-Corps to create a value-added tourism aspect to Minot, ND by renovating its downtown and promoting its history involving the early 1900’s, when Minot was known as “Lil’ Chicago.” From prohibition to dance halls and flappers and fedoras, “Lil’ Chicago” was THE PLACE TO BE at the turn of the century. |

Mouse River Players This theatre company has been in existence for 32 years. However, they’ve never had their own permanent home. Now that they have one, they need to create new and exciting alternative forms of revenue. It’s one thing to put on the show, it’s another thing to take reinvent what it means to be a “community” theatre. Comm-Corps’ job is to create non-traditional revenue sources from fund raisers and “out of the box” productions to inventive public relations and awareness projects, integrating the community theatre into the community! |
